Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KRHTech (the "Site"), operated by Ajay Ladva. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What KRHTech provides

KRHTech is a free toolkit of utilities, including a document & invoice editor, a domain/IP checker, an image converter, a text/data format converter, an online code editor, an online SQL editor, and an email OTP test rig. The Site is provided for general, testing, and productivity purposes and is not intended for processing regulated, classified, or highly sensitive data.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Upload, process, or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to use;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or any connected third-party service;
• Use the Domain & IP Checker or Email & OTP Test Rig to harass, spam, or probe systems you don't have permission to test;
• Misrepresent your identity when generating a temporary inbox or sending test messages.

3. Your content

Files, text, and images you load into the browser-based tools (Image Converter, Text Converter, Code Editor, SQL Editor) remain under your control and are processed locally in your browser; we claim no ownership over that content, and because it isn't transmitted to a server we operate, we have no ability to access, store, or recover it.

The Document & Invoice Editor works differently: it uploads your file to our PDF service to make the requested edit, then deletes it automatically within 90 minutes. We claim no ownership over that content either, and we don't use it for anything beyond returning your edited file. You're solely responsible for keeping your own copies and backups of anything you process through the Site.

4. Third-party services

Some tools rely on third-party services — public DNS/IP lookup APIs, a temp-mail API, and, if you choose to use it, your own EmailJS account — to function. We don't control those services, don't guarantee their uptime or accuracy, and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle data you send to them. Your use of those services may be subject to their own separate terms.

5. Advertising

The Site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or other third-party advertising networks. We aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising cookies are used and how to opt out.

6. No warranty

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Conversions, edits, lookups, and generated data (including OTP codes and temp-mail results) are provided for convenience and testing and shouldn't be relied on for critical, legal, financial, or medical purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ajay Ladva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

8. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
