Privacy Policy

This policy explains what KRHTech collects when you use krhtech.in, how it's used, and the choices you have. Using the site means you agree to what's described here.

1. Content you load into the tools

The Image Converter and Text Format Converter run entirely in your browser. Files and text you open in these tools are processed locally on your device using JavaScript — they are never uploaded to a server we operate, and we have no access to, copy of, or ability to recover that content. Closing the tab or refreshing the page clears it.

The Document & Invoice Editor is different: because editing the text already inside a PDF requires real server-side processing, your file is uploaded to our PDF service to make the change, then deleted automatically within 90 minutes. We don't keep a permanent copy, and we don't use uploaded documents for anything beyond returning your edited file.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and the third-party services described below may automatically collect standard technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL. This supports basic analytics, security, and keeping the site running.

3. Cookies and advertising

The site may display ads served by Google AdSense and its advertising partners. Google and its partners may use cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie — to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, so the ads shown may be more relevant to your interests.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies for personalised ads at aboutads.info. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly in their settings.

4. Third-party services used by specific tools

Some tools send limited, specific data to third-party APIs in order to work:

• Domain & IP Checker — sends the domain or IP you enter to public DNS resolution and IP-geolocation APIs to look up records and host location.
• Email & OTP Test Rig — generates a temporary inbox through a third-party temp-mail API, and, if you connect your own EmailJS account, sends test messages through EmailJS using your credentials.

These providers operate under their own privacy policies, and we don't control how they handle data sent to them. Avoid entering real personal, confidential, or sensitive information into these lookup or testing tools.

5. Data we do not collect

No account is required for any tool on the site, and we don't knowingly collect names, physical addresses, or payment information through the site.

6. Children's privacy

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your choices

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of personalised ads using the links in Section 3. Because the browser-based tools run locally, simply not uploading a file, or clearing your browser data, removes any trace of what you processed. For the Document & Invoice Editor, any file you upload is deleted automatically within 90 minutes regardless.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
